Cookie policy

Which cookies this website uses, what they are for and how you can manage them, in line with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the AEPD cookie guidelines.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file the website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Some are essential for the site to work; others measure usage or personalise content.

2. Controller

The party responsible for the use of cookies on lynkio.es is Lynkio Networks, S.L. (info@lynkio.es, +34 985 263 733). Full identification details are in the legal notice.

3. Cookies used on this site

Under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, non-essential cookies are only set with your prior, informed and freely given consent.

  • Technical or necessary cookies: essential for basic navigation, site security and the anti-spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile). They do not require consent (technical exemption, art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
  • Analytics cookies: measure site usage in aggregate to improve it. Only enabled if you give consent.
  • We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for commercial purposes.

4. Third-party cookies

The anti-spam check on the form is provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to tell people from bots. If analytics tools are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated with the provider, purpose and retention period of each cookie.

5. How to manage or withdraw consent

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies from the notice shown when you enter the site, and withdraw your consent at any time as easily as you gave it. You can also block or delete them from your browser settings:

  • Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data.
  • Safari: Preferences › Privacy.
  • Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions.

6. Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies are kept for the period stated by each provider and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from installation, per the AEPD cookie guidelines.
